"The Shadow of the Angel" tells the story of Ella, who awakens bloodied and wounded in a swamp near an abandoned convent, in an undetermined space and time. In that convent, a young composer has been murdered when she was about to finish composing a musical piece that would open the doors to a world of spiritual purity. As she discovers her new environment and her own identity, Ella must fulfill the mission of finding and completing the scores of the unfinished work. On the way to this mission, Ella (guided by a mysterious little girl), discovers her own "shadow": Dark Ella, a kind of double of herself who has become stranded in a time loop inside the convent. She must confront her own sadness and discover her connection with her dark self. Only by receiving the inspiration that allows her to complete the scores, Ella will redeem and free the spirit of the composer, her other self, and herself.
